Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
Assist patients with mobility, exercise routines, and safe use of assistive devices.
Help patients maintain independence and dignity by offering guidance and emotional support.
Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, laundry, and errands.
Monitor and document physical and mental health, intake/output, and overall well-being.
Educate patients and families on care techniques, home safety, and hygiene practices.
Train family members on proper lifting, repositioning, and mobility support.
Maintain accurate records and communicate any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor.
Follow all agency protocols, healthcare regulations, and best practices.

Schedule & Work Environment
Schedule: Varies by case
Shifts: Day shifts (Monday–Friday), with potential weekend and overnight availability
Work Setting: In-person, home-based care
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a home health or similar care setting (required)
License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License (required); Certified Home Health Aide (preferred)
Transportation: Reliable and consistent transportation is required
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Up to $18.00/hour
